Phú Thọ verifies information on the “fever” of smuggled Hainan Kynam trees
VAWA - Following reports from press agencies regarding the sale of smuggled Hainan Kynam seedlings with advertisements as the "billionaire tree", the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Phu Tho Province has just issued a report on inspection and verification results, showing many signs of legal violations.
According to the report sent to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, after receiving feedback from the press, the Phú Thọ Department of Agriculture and Environment has directed the Sub-department of Forestry and Forest Protection along with relevant forces to conduct an inspection at the Tam Đảo Kynam Agarwood Cooperative (Tam Đảo commune, Phú Thọ province).
