“Consumer Fest – Consumer Appreciation Festival” 2026, organized by the National Competition Commission in coordination with the Voice of Vietnam Electronic Newspaper, aims to connect businesses with customers, raise awareness of safe consumption, and protect consumer rights.

According to Official Dispatch No. 387-CV/VOV.VN dated October 21, 2026, sent to the Vietnam Agarwood Association, the Voice of Vietnam Electronic Newspaper invites the Association and its member businesses to accompany the program, contributing to creating an interactive space to showcase products and directly listen to customer needs.

Opportunities for brand promotion and customer connection

With numerous participating booths, Consumer Fest 2026 opens up opportunities for agarwood businesses to showcase their products in a diverse trade space, reach consumers, and seek cooperation opportunities.

For agarwood products, direct experience is of great significance. At the booth, businesses can help visitors experience the fragrance, learn about the origin of raw materials, production processes, usage methods, and the value of each product line. This is an occasion for brands to make an impression through quality, transparency, and consulting capabilities tailored to customer needs.

Members can choose to introduce representative products such as agarwood incense, cone incense, essential oil, bracelets, agarwood sculptures, handicraft products, and agarwood gifts. Stories about raw material regions, agarwood-forming techniques, and the craftsmanship of artisans will help customers better understand the products and the brand.

According to the official dispatch, the participants of the program include leaders from the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the National Competition Commission, the Voice of Vietnam, Departments of Industry and Trade of provinces and cities, the Vietnam Consumer Protection Association, associations, corporations, enterprises, KOLs, KOCs, and consumers.

Preferential cost of 20 million VND/booth, inclusive of VAT

To facilitate members in participating in promotion and product introduction, the booth participation fee is offered at a preferential rate of 20 million VND/booth, inclusive of value-added tax (VAT).

The Vietnam Agarwood Association encourages businesses, production facilities, and traders to proactively register, select outstanding products, and prepare appropriate display plans. Each booth is an opportunity to introduce the unique identity of the brand while contributing to building a reputable, professional, and consumer-responsible common image for the Vietnamese agarwood industry.

Units should prepare complete information about products, material origins, price lists, user manuals, and customer care policies. Combining displays with consulting and agarwood fragrance experiences will give visitors more basis for selection, while enabling businesses to receive practical feedback.

The Association cordially invites members, businesses, and agarwood production and trading establishments to register for participation. Registration information includes the name of the unit, person in charge, phone number, expected product groups to be introduced, and the number of booths.
