According to the official invitation letter dated September 12, 2026, the Organizing Committee of the Hainan International Agarwood and Hainan Yellow Rosewood Trading Fair has cordially invited the Vietnam Agarwood Association to participate as the co-organizing unit for the 3rd "Tian Xiang Guo Se" International Agarwood and Hainan Yellow Rosewood Trading Fair.

The event is scheduled to take place from November 21 to 24, 2026, at the Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center in Haikou City, China, co-hosted by the China Collectors Association and the Hainan Daily Press Group.

Scale of 50,000 m², expected to attract over 1,000 enterprises

According to information from the Organizing Committee, this year's fair has an exhibition scale of approximately 50,000 m², expected to attract over 1,000 enterprises, more than 3,000 professional buyers, and over 60,000 specialized visitors.

Notably, the Organizing Committee stated that the "Tian Xiang Guo Se" Fair has been included in the service industry development planning of Hainan Province under the 15th Five-Year Plan, becoming one of the three key model fairs focused on local development.

Not only is it a space for introducing and trading agarwood, yellow rosewood, and other precious woods, but the fair also combines cultural and artistic activities such as incense appreciation, tea, coffee, and scholar stone appreciation.

Within the framework of the event, the Organizing Committee plans to implement many specialized activities such as incense competition, auctions of valuable collections, artifact appraisal, thematic forums, and international trade matchmaking programs.

These activities are expected to provide conditions for enterprises, manufacturers, collectors, experts, and distributors to meet, exchange experiences, and expand cooperative relationships in the agarwood sector.

Expanding international cooperation opportunities for the Vietnamese agarwood industry

In the invitation letter, the Organizing Committee highly appreciates the role and contributions of the Vietnam Agarwood Association to the development of the industry, while expressing the desire for the Association to participate in the preparation and coordination of related activities at the event.

This invitation opens up opportunities to promote exchanges and strengthen connections between the Vietnamese agarwood business community and international partners, especially in the Chinese market.

Vietnam is a country with a long-standing tradition in harvesting, utilizing, and crafting agarwood. Vietnamese agarwood products carry unique values regarding origin, fragrance, crafting techniques, and cultural identity.

Enhancing presence at international forums and trade fairs is of great significance in promoting brands, introducing products, accessing distribution systems, and seeking investment cooperation and technology transfer opportunities in the agarwood industry.

Alongside trade promotion activities, this is also an opportunity for Vietnamese enterprises to learn about consumer trends, product quality requirements, and international market demands, thereby enhancing competitiveness and developing sustainably.

The Vietnam Agarwood Association continues to promote its role in connecting the business community, fostering international cooperation, and contributing to enhancing the economic value and position of Vietnamese agarwood in the world market.

Official information regarding the co-organization participation as well as the Association's activities at the "Tian Xiang Guo Se" Fair will be updated after confirmation and agreement with the Organizing Committee.
